Experience a complete 20-minute workout with EMS training in Richmond.

Upon your arrival, our dedicated trainers provide everything necessary for your session, ensuring you do need not to bring anything. They’ll introduce you to how EMS technology works, discuss your fitness objectives, and perform some quick assessments to ensure you are ready to experience the benefits of EMS.

Our trainers will then assist you in suiting up with the EMS gear, including an electrode vest and additional electrodes tailored for your arms, legs, and glutes. Guided by our experts, you’ll undergo a thorough workout that blends traditional training methods with the EMS system, enabling you to achieve a comprehensive full-body exercise in just 20 minutes.

In short: no! The surge workout is tailored around your current fitness levels. The devices are extremely sensitive and the intensity levels can easily be adjusted to make sure you get a good and enjoyable workout.

Almost everyone can do the Surge workout, however, there are a few exceptions for safety reasons. These include pregnant women, individuals with pacemakers and other heart conditions, and those under the age of 16.

In general, you will notice results after about 6 sessions. The most important factor in reaching your goals is to ensure that you train regularly – we recommend one session per week to achieve maximum results.

There’s no need to bring anything with you to a workout session. Everything is provided, including your training kit, a towel, bottled water, and shower facilities to freshen up after your session!
